Squibler is not liable for any breaches resulting from user negligence. Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Providing false, outdated, or incomplete information may result in immediate account suspension or termination at Squibler’s discretion.

3. User-Generated Content & Ownership

Users retain full ownership of all content they create, generate, or upload, including AI-generated text. Squibler does not claim any rights, ownership, or usage over user-generated content. Users grant Squibler only the necessary rights to process and store content for service functionality. Users are solely responsible for their content and must ensure it does not violate third-party rights or laws. Squibler reserves the right to remove or restrict access to content found to be in violation of these terms.
